How You Can Help
We are looking for passionate individuals to fill a variety of vital roles:
Clinical Care: Medical and dental providers and nursing staff.
Operations: Office support and administrative assistance.
Growth: Fundraising and community awareness advocates.

What to expect
- Application packet and credentialing materials
- Interview
- Orientation and tour of LCFC
- Background check
- EPIC training
- On-site training and shadowing
- Medical volunteers may shadow for three to four half-days.
- Dental volunteers may shadow at least one clinical shift.
Non-clinical position training and time commitment can vary, from once a week to once or twice a year.
- Interpreters: Spanish-English. (In-person or telephone interpretation)
- Community outreach
- Quality improvement: Experienced clinicians may assist board or staff members.
- Social media, communications or fund development.
